The Hayward Flying Club, based at Hayward Executive Airport, is a non-profit organization that provides its members with access to a hangared, well-cared-for 1975 Cessna 182P.

N1216M is IFR equipped with a Garmin GNS 530W GPS/NAV/COMM, Garmin GMA 340 audio panel, a Garmin radio stack, JPI EDM 830 engine monitor, Narco DME, autopilot, long-range tanks, and has the Trolltune STC for a maximum gross takeoff weight of 3100 lbs. In 2012, the aircraft received a P. Ponk Super Eagle engine conversion, substantially increasing its cruise speed and climb capability.

Flight time is available in 8-hour increments at $125 per tach hour, dry.
